A Message to Our Patrons: Keeping You Informed

Dear Valued Patrons and Guests,

The Riverside family is fully aware of the news reports regarding the Coronavirus. We want you to know that your health and safety as well as those of our staff and performers is paramount. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and will follow strategies recommended by public health authorities, elected officials, and the CDC. Riverside will remain vigilant, and we are prepared to make decisions based on current recommendations, as well as in response to the changing conditions.

For now, we are acquiring hand-sanitizing stations for various locations in our building (i.e. - entry, workstations, and near restrooms as well as backstage dressing rooms and bathrooms) and increasing the rate of sanitation of commonly touched surfaces. Of course, any employees exhibiting symptoms are expected to stay home. We invite patrons to make use of soap, paper towels, and tissues available in all restrooms.

Anyone who is experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or is not feeling well, is encouraged to stay home and contact the Box Office at (540) 370-4300 for information about ticket exchanges and policies. You may also reach out to the Box Office with any other questions or concerns.

As always, we are grateful for your continued support and look forward to seeing you at Riverside soon.
