Riverside Center for the Performing Arts in Fredericksburg, Virginia is excited to be the first regional theater in the metropolitan area to present The Hunchback of Notre Dame, starring Justin Luciano as Quasimodo and Thomas Adrian Simpson as Dom Claude Frollo.
