Appetizers

Brisket Biscuit     $18

20 hour house smoked brisket, rainier cherry bbq sauce, dill pickles with a cheddar/chive brisket on a bed of onion straws.

Crab Cakes $20 (DF)

Trio of crab cakes, truffle remoulade

Tuna 2 Ways     $26 (GF,DF)

Tuna Tartar* (thai chili sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, pickled ginger)

Tuna tataki (Tataki marinaded seared tuna)

Comes with mango/jicama/cucumber salad.

Posh Potato Jackets     $15 (GF)

Crispy fried potato skins tossed in herb seasoning with crème fraiche, bacon dust, chive caviar, and a cheddar tuille.

Herb Chicken (GF,DF)

Boneless breast with roasted red pepper puree with green beans, and baked potato.

Baked Salmon (GF,DF)

Salmon filet drizzled with dill oil with green beans and baked potato.

Veggie Lasagna (V)

Broccolli, spinach, carrots, and onion layered with pasta and cream sauce.

Desserts

Chocolate Mouse Parfait (GF) $10

Strawberry Trifle

Sponge cake, custard, whipped cream, fresh strawberries

Additional Details

Water, iced tea, and coffee are included with your paid meal. 

Sodas and hot tea are +$3.50 each.

First Roll:
Roll a 1 or 2 = Chicken Parm
3 or 4 = Baked Pasta

Second Roll:
Roll a 1,2, or 3 = Cannoli
4 or 5 = Italian Rainbow Cake
6 = Free Tiramisu Cheesecake
