Schedule: Must be flexible to include days, nights, and weekends

Position: Part-Time (No medical, dental, leave benefits)

Reports To: House Manager

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet customers as they arrive and seat them at their tables. 

  • Take customer orders and answer any menu-related questions they may have. 

  • Serve food and beverages to customers accurately and efficiently. 

  • Ensure that all beverages and food items meet customers’ needs and preferences. 

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, tables, and server stations 

  • Take care of any issues or complaints that customers may have and ensure that their dining experience is positive. 

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that service runs smoothly.

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Maintain a professional and approachable appearance while on duty 

  • Offer excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to handle customer complaints. 

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and work well as a team

Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or dinner theater a plus but not mandatory 

  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • None

Physical Requirements:

  • Good physical condition to walk, climb stairs and stand, as well as being able to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly during an entire shift.
